This can happen to you . But no worries You can’t retrieve it, but you can reset it using PowerShell.
Make sure the account you are logged in as is
Set-SPPassPhrase -PassPhrase $passphrase –Confirm

Make sure the account you are logged in as is
- A farm admin and
- local admin on server
Set-SPPassPhrase -PassPhrase $passphrase –Confirm
