Term Store Management option is missing - Solution is here!

One of our client has reported an issue that they wanted to use the term store management feature but it seems to be missing!

Refer the above screenshot - Two different screenshots has been taken from two different sites. Left one where the problem is and right side is the one where the option is properly reflecting!

Problem description: Missing Term Store.

Error Message: The required feature is not enabled for this column type.

Let me tell you another interesting thing that I have explored it while doing the troubleshooting: If you try to find out any feature possibility based on this then you will not find anything. This is a hidden gem and you need to enable the functionality via PowerShell.

So Solution / Resolution is very simple here-

Enable-SPFeature –id "73EF14B1-13A9-416B-A9B5-ECECA2B0604C" –Url <URL>

Root cause: based on my research and troubleshooting did then I found out that this is a problem with the site which is having blank site template!
